The meal up on the volcano and the closing cocktail were the perfect finish to the Full Day. Andrés knows the volcano like no one else, and everything felt very safe.
We went as a family with the kids (the youngest is 5) and they had a blast. Super patient and always watching the weather. We are coming back next season.

No. Our tours are guided and we have routes designed for beginners and families. Before departure you get a briefing with riding and safety instructions. Freeride/backcountry routes do require experience.
We recommend warm, waterproof snow clothing, gloves, a beanie and sunglasses. Safety gear (helmet and protection) is provided by us.
The minimum age is 4 years old as a passenger. On family rides children join according to their age, always with an adult and proper safety gear.
The mountain rules. If weather or safety conditions do not allow the ride, we reschedule your tour or arrange the best solution with you.
